Significant improvements to the B2B Edition infrastructure are coming soon.

Over the coming months, we will be making significant improvements to B2B Edition infrastructure. These improvements will increase the speed and performance of B2B Edition, benefiting your customers, with faster experiences on your site, as well as the sales team and operations team on the backend.

As part of these improvements we have planned maintenance of B2B Edition Infrastructure on March 12th, 2025 at 10pm CST. We anticipate a downtime of approximately 5 minutes, with a possible extension up to 30 minutes. To minimize disruption to your business, we have optimized the time and date of the maintenance to a time with no / very low traffic. What is the impact?

  • During the 24 hours leading up to the maintenance window, B2B Edition functionality and related APIs may have slightly slower response times for page loads and API requests.

  • During the maintenance window, some B2B Edition functionality may temporarily be unavailable.

  • This upgrade to our infrastructure will immediately improve performance for your buyers and administrators of B2B Edition.  

  • You will soon be able to

    • Access all platform resources via a single API token.

    • Access all B2B Resources directly via BigCommerce storefront GraphQL APIs, Server 2 Server APIs and more.
