B2B Edition Updates

B2B Edition support is now fully integrated into BigCommerce, making it easier and more convenient than ever to get the assistance you need. Starting May 8th, we no longer provide support via the [email protected] email address, or via intercom chat. Instead, you can simply create a support ticket or chat here and our team will take care of your needs in one central location. This will be linked in-app on our chat support tab for your convenience. We're committed to providing you with the best possible support experience, and this integration is a big step towards that goal.

Search by SKU or product name feature was added to the Quick Order Pad for Buyer convenience and ease of use.
Quoting inside the Buyer Portal is now compatible with tax-included pricing. The quote will show the display included price, as well as the tax already included.
The Buyer Portal checkout was merged into the B2B Edition production checkout, ensuring a simpler migration path for current merchants.
Purchasing can now be restricted for “pending” business accounts in the Buyer Portal.
