Invoice Links on the Control Panel

What’s changed?

We’ve added additional links to invoicing in the control panel for quick and easy navigation between orders, invoices, and associated payments.

You can now click on the Invoice number on the Invoice orders listing page to navigate directly to the invoice associated with an order.

You can now click on the payment ID inside the invoice detail page to navigate directly to the payment details

You can now click on the Invoice ID inside a payment detail to navigate to all associated invoices.

ReCAPTCHA in the Buyer Portal

What’s changed?

ReCAPTCHA is now supported in the Buyer Portal. It can be configured in the BigCommerce security settings.

New UI for System Users and Roles

What’s changed?

All system (dashboard) users and roles, including sales staff, will now be managed from a single page for ease of use and management in the Buyer Portal.

Quotes 2.0 control panel update

What’s changing?

Our quoting interface is getting a major overhaul!

Our goal is to make the quoting process as efficient as possible for sales reps. So we areconnecting the dotsbetween the buyer and sales rep.

  • Quotes will be managed from a single page with the abilityto edit any field at any point in the quoting process. This allows a quote to be built more organicallywith the flow of buyer or sales rep.

  • Quote extra fields can be optionally displayed in the buyer portal to collect and store additional data on a quote. (buyer portal only)

  • We are improving the speed in which a sales rep can convert a quote.

  • And adding an AI-assisted sales rep response tool for quicker and personalized communication.

We want to meet sales reps where they are at and accommodate their unique work styles 

  • So each sales rep will be able to decide how they want their quote to display and function. Including an optimized configurable flow for adding products. 

  • Quotes can be tagged to allow for better organization and collaborationin your sales team.

  • It was designed with mobile in mind, allowing sales reps to do their work on any device on the go. 

All this translates into time savings so that sales reps can spend more time on the important things. Like nurturing their leads and relationships.

What’s changing?

The company detail pages in the control panel are being redesigned in BigDesign. This will pave the way for additional company account hierarchy which will be delivered later this year.
