Adding Addresses to Address Book
What’s changed?
Previously, when a user would create a company via business registration or upgrade registration, the company address would only be saved to the company profile. With the latest update, addresses added during business registration are automatically saved to the company profile and the company address book, saving users the additional step of manually adding the address to the company address book.
Address Extra Fields
What’s changed?
Previously, address extra fields were available only in the Personal Account Registration form but not the Business Account Registration. With the latest update, if extra fields are enabled, they will also be present during company creation and included before the Company Admin section. Additionally, users now have the ability to navigate directly from the business account creation form to the extra fields settings page to quickly and easily add/manage extra fields.
Linking to Products in Quotes
What’s changed?
Previously, once a quote had been submitted, the only option for a buyer to view the product details page would be for them to navigate back to the product page through the storefront. The latest update now links products added to quotes directly to the product detail page so that buyers can quickly navigate directly to the PDP.
Purchase Products
What’s changed?
It is now possible to select products on multiple pages before adding to cart, quote or shopping list from the purchased products page.
Login and Registration Page
What’s changed?
The Login and Registration pages have been redesigned.
Logo Dimensions
What’s changed?
Certain logo dimensions were being cut off when displaying inside the Buyer Portal. Now the logo frame scales to accommodate logos of different proportions.

Pricing in Shopping Lists and Quotes
What’s changed?
Previously, both shopping lists and quotes did not reflect price list pricing, resulting in a pricing mismatch between shopping lists/quotes and the storefront and cart. With the latest update, price list pricing is reflected within shopping lists/quotes.
Extra Fields Limitations
What’s changed?
Previously, users were limited to 5 extra fields. The latest update now supports 10 extra fields both in the Buyer Portal and the legacy theme version.
Editing Pick Lists in Quotes
What’s changed?
Previously, products with pick lists could not be edited within a quote inside of the application and when edited outside of the application within the Buyer Portal, the new price would not be reflected within the quote. The latest update includes the ability for users to edit products with pick lists within quotes, and prices automatically updated accordingly.
Invoices
What’s changed?
Previously, when invoices were generated, the billing and shipping address would default to the billing address included in the original order. With the latest update, when invoices are generated, they now display the shipping address included in the original order rather than defaulting to the billing address. The shipping address is also now displayed in the invoice management interface.
Invoice PDF
What’s changed?
“Shipping to:” and “Billing to:” have now been changed to “Ship to:” and “Bill to:”
Sales Staff Assignment Report
What’s changed?
With the latest update, sales staff assignment reports now include both company ID and customer group ID as unique identifiers.
Rollback of an Update from the Previous Sprint
What’s changed?
An update was rolled back from the previous sprint due to unexpected behavior. This rollback will cover any unexpected behavior with fields including any non-alphanumeric characters.
Super Admin Logout
What’s changed?
Previously when a Super Admin logged out after a masquerading session without ending it, they would remain inside that company’s customer group. When logging back in the Super Admin would already be masqueraded into the previous company. Now when a Super admin logs out, regardless of it they ended the masquerade session, they will automatically be removed from the company’s customer group, and upon log be prompted to start a fresh masquerade session in the dashboard.
B2B Edition Changes in the BigCommerce Platform
Invoice Analytics
B2B invoice payment orders will no longer be included in the BigCommerce native order analytics, preventing duplicate order counts and revenue from being displayed.
These changes are not yet reflected in the store performance dashboard, as this will be included in phase 2 of this initiative.

B2B Edition Checkout Update
What’s changed?
The B2B Edition checkout was merged with version 1.313.0 of the BigCommerce checkout. If you are running the standard version of the B2B Edition checkout then no action is needed for these changes to apply. If you are running a custom instance of the B2B edition checkout, we recommend merging your custom instance with the latest version of the B2B edition checkout.
