Sorting Functionality on Company Listing Page

What’s changed?

The Company Listing page can now be sorted by the following columns:

  • “ID” (numerically)

  • “Last Update” (numerically)

  • “Price List” (alphabetically)

  • “Phone Number” (numerically)

  • “Email” (alphabetically)

  • “Country” (alphabetically)

  • “State” (alphabetically)

Sorting Functionality on Invoices Page

What’s changed?

The Invoices page can now be sorted by the following columns:

  • “Company Name ” (alphabetically)

  • “Amount” (numerically)

  • “Customer Group ID” (numerically)

Sorting Functionality on Address Book in Company Details Page

What’s changed?

The address book within the Company Details page can now be sorted by the following columns:

  • “Name” (alphabetically)

  • “Address” (numerically by zip code)

  • “Address Label” (alphabetically)

  • “Phone” (numerically)

  • “Shipping” (ascending= all shipping addresses at top, descending= all shipping addresses at the bottom)

  • “Billing” (ascending= all billing addresses at top, descending= all billing addresses at the bottom)

Sales Staff and Super Admins Display in Company Details Page

What’s changed?

Sales staff and super admins are now displayed alphabetically on the Company Details page, including when the following filters are applied:

  • “all”

  • “assigned”

  • “unassigned”

Quote Translations

What’s changed?

The quote template is now available in Spanish.

Super Admin Report

What’s changed?

The Super Admin Report now includes company ID.

Link Items in Quotes to PDP

What’s changed?

Previously, when building quotes, if a Sales Rep needed additional information that exists within the PDP, they would have to manually navigate to the PDP through the storefront. With the latest update, we’ve included direct links to the PDP for all products added to a quote.

Link Items in Invoice to PDP

What’s changed?

The Invoice PDF, and detail page inside B2B Edition, now link directly to the PDP if the Invoice was generated from a BigCommerce order.

Discounting Products during Quote Creation

What’s changed?

Previously, during quote creation, discounts could only be applied to products in a dollar amount. With the latest update, both the theme version and Buyer Portal now support applying percentage discounts to products during quote creation.

Sync Quote Notes to Order

What’s changed?

When a quote is converted to an order through the checkout, any notes added to the quote will automatically carry over to the order and will be visible to both the merchant and buyer. Previously this feature was only available for manual quote conversion.

Copy Change on Manual Quote Conversion Prompt

What’s changed?

The following copies have been updated on the quote conversion prompt:

  • “Transfer Notes of Additional Information” updated to “ Transfer Customer Notes”

  • “Inserts Notes of Additional Information to BC Comment Section. Visible to customers” updated to “Inserts customer notes located under additional information to the comment section of an order. Visible to customers.”

  • “Inserts Product Notes to BC Comment Section. Visible to customers” updated to “Inserts product notes to the comment section of an order. Visible to customers.”

Changes reflected in both the theme version and Buyer Portal, only in the English language. All other languages remain unchanged.

Buyer Portal

Changes apply to the buyer portal only.

Quote and Shopping List Buttons

If quote and shopping list buttons have been disabled for specific users, they are now hidden in the Buyer Portal to prevent access for those users.

Registration URL

What’s changed?

The Buyer Portal registration URL has been updated from ‘/registered’ to ‘/register’

Login and Registration Pages

What’s changed?

Login and Registration pages have been updated to resolve an issue with mismatched text color on buttons. Buttons and text on the Login and Registration pages now match the rest of the Buyer Portal, based on the primary color selected.

Company Accounts Permissions

What’s changed?

Company accounts that are in a “pending” status no longer have access to see product pricing or availability if this feature is enabled in Settings > General.

User Registration

What’s changed?

When the Trade Professional Application is disabled in feature management in the Buyer Portal, it is no longer visible in settings or in the storefront.

Theme Menu Updates

What’s changed?

The following updates have been made to both Camden and Vault theme menus:

  • “Messages” and “Recently Viewed” are hidden using CSS overrides as they do not exist in the Buyer Portal

  • Menu items have been linked to the appropriate page with href using css overrides:

    1. Orders → My orders

    2. Addresses → Addresses

    3. Account Settings → Account Settings

    4. Logout → Logout of account (already linked properly)

  • These updates apply upon Buyer Portal Deploy with no additional intervention from team or merchant

Quick Order

What’s changed?

Previously, products that have already been purchased were still displaying “add all to quote” and “add all to shopping list” options. The latest update removes “add all to quotes” when quotes are disabled, and removes “add all to shopping list” when shopping lists are disabled.

Camden Theme

What’s changed?

Updated to version 1.11.2 in the Theme app

Adding B2B Themes via Theme App

What’s changed?

B2B themes are no longer automatically applied to a merchant’s store when a merchant adds a B2B theme within the app for the first time. Adding a B2B theme within the app will only add that theme to a merchant’s “My Themes” section.
