Quote Submission Messaging in the Buyer Portal

What’s changed?

You can now add a custom message that buyers will see once they submit a quote in the Buyer Portal. This is a great place to set buyer expectations and inform on what to expect from your quoting process.

Auto-quoting in the Buyer Portal

What’s changed?

You can now disable auto-quoting in the buyer portal. Previously quotes would have a “proceed to checkout” button as soon as the quote was submitted for review. Now, however, you can disable this proceed to checkout button until after a sales rep has reviewed and returned the quote. This provides a more defined path for a sales rep-assisted workflow.

Did you know that a sales rep reviewing and responding to a quote increases the likelihood of conversion by over 30%?

Update for verbiage on order when paying by PO in the Buyer Portal

This variable has been added to the translation service so that you can make any further adjustments if needed.

Pro-tips: You can use the translation service to adjust any string of text in the Buyer Portal. Plus you can now export your current translations for easy and quick adjustments.
